Vacation- destination 1

We left Wednesday evening as I got back from Ames. We went to the turkey supper my parents church had. Then drive through the night and arrived Thursday in Norfolk, VA. Uncle Glen and and Aunt Kathy were so gracious in letting us come a day early.

The kids did really well, although they did not sleep well, they stayed fairly happy.  Here we stopped at IHOP (where Noah and mommy hopped into the restaurant.... Mostly to burn energy).

Lots of fun was had at Uncle Glen's house.... Bridge.... Daddy going through tunnels....

Grandma Palmer enjoyed seeing the kids.

Lovely walk in 64 weather and hearing about snow at home :)  Noah loved pushing the stroller, with and without Hannah in it.

We went to the science center for a short time and first time. Noah LOVED it!

Fall festival galore!

Good morning!

This morning we went to Pella for a fall festival. Noah was able to ride a pony and complete a hay maze. He then spent time with Aubrey and Avery.

We then went back to Grandma Char's for naps before heading to Knoxville for the 3M party. Grandpa even stepped out for a break with us!

Grandma Char enjoyed the inflatables and raced Noah (there were two slides!) It was perfect because we went towards the end and there was NO LINE!

For those of you who have seen our place, our side yard is very slanted.  Our goal is to

fix that problem some. The fix includes rocks... LOTS of rocks (109 big rocks to be exact).  Thanks for the rocks and use of your truck Dad :)
